Among others, provided services to: United States Department of the Interior (DOI), United States Army Corp of Engineers, California Department of Housing & Economic Development and the City of Sacramento. Sacramento Mediation Center: Program Manager Two-Party Mediation and Mediator for Multiple-Party Services (until 2007); skilled in various mediation models; including Community, Facilitative, Transformative, Interest-based, and Victim/Offender; experienced in facilitation for large and small group; leads sessions for state, local, and federal government entities, as well as association, corporations, and private groups, such as “Green Chemistry” public meetings for Cal/EPA.

Extensive background in Violence Prevention, serving as a counselor, victim advocate, educator and trainer, and served as head of the nation’s largest Tribal Task Force addressing violence prevention; founder Custom Mediation and Conflict Coaching, focusing on convenient and customized support for the client.

Conflict Coaching customized for each client. The process can be private and one-on-one, or used in groups.  Sessions are individually designed using evaluation instruments to determine conflict styles, power bases, and immediate needs; progressing to dialogue/discussion, exercises, goal setting, and follow-up.
